Effective April 1, 2022 all results letters, random selections, and other reports will be delivered exclusively via our secure WIN Insight platform.
In order to continue receiving reports you must activate your account in the WIN Insight platform. Follow the Insight Setup instructions to set up any additional contacts that you wish to receive reports.
As the administrator of your account, you should have already received an email with an activation link, or a fax with an activation code.
Follow the instructions in that message to access the Setup wizard for your account.
Download the Insight Setup instructions for guidance on setting up your account and adding authorized users in the WIN Insight client portal.
NOTE: If you have previously been set up in WIN Insight, check out our instructions for Managing User Reports, and make sure that all of your authorized users are properly configured with the reports they should be receiving.
